WebLOS is a text based web browser in DOS, completely independent of Windows. The program is made specifically for blind and partially sighted who cannot use a web browser in Windows. In addition, the program is as easy to use as possible, particularly for those who have not worked with computer communication before.

WebLOS is purely a leisure time project I have worked with since the beginning of 1996. You can download the latest version of the program.
